The Healthy Living Building includes a fully air-conditioned gym, a versatile sports hall and a workout area where we hold a variety of workout classes. Our Pool Side Building includes two swimming pools and a Health Studio.

Our brilliant Health Studio is complete with Shapemaster power-assisted exercise equipment suitable for everybody, irrespective of age, mobility, weight or fitness level.

We are also home to Sheerness Shipwreck Adventure Golf, which is part of the Sheerness Revival project funded by the UK Government.
