Introducing MediPartner, a new virtual GP service for our members for only £5.99 per month. MediPartner will keep you on track by supporting you with virtual GP appointments and a nurse support service.

Virtual GP Service

Struggling to visit your local GP or get an appointment? MediPartner is here to help make your health and wellbeing a priority with virtual GP appointments over the phone or through video calls. A MediPartner GP will be able to issue you a private referral to a clinical specialist and issue you a private prescription.

Nurse Support Service

MediPartner also features a brilliant Nurse Support Service. Through this service members can get confidential, emotional and practical support if they have been referred to a clinical specialist by their GP. The nurses will be able to:

Talk to you about your diagnosis from your GP.
Help you to prepare any questions you might have for your consultant appointments.
They can help you to digest any complicated information from your consultation appointment.
Their nurses will help you to understand any test results and what they mean for you.
They will be able to give you guidance on general health and wellbeing to support you while you are having treatment.

Service coverage

Virtual GP Service

Same or next day appointments with UK registered GPs.
Support and guidance only - not all consultations are possible virtually.
Issuing of referral letters where applicable.
Issuing of private prescriptions where required.

Nurse Support Service

Accessible from the point of referral to specialist by an NHS or private GP.
Navigation of the health system, whether NHS or private.
Assistance with appointment bookings for consultations or treatment.
Support for understanding diagnosis and treatment options.
Practical support for rehabilitation and ongoing condition management.

Service exclusions

Virtual GP service

This is not an emergency service - please call 999 in an emergency.
Private prescription or treatment costs - pharmacies will charge for the medication and dispensation, even if you qualify for NHS exemption or discounts.

Nurse Support Service

Not a triage service for symptoms assessment or advice.
Not a prescriptions or referral service.
Not available without a referral to a specialist, from a GP or other UK registered medical professional.
Any treatment or mental health counselling.

Upgrade to Medipartner

You can add MediPartner to any membership for just £5.99 per month. To sign-up simply Contact Us today or pop into the centre and one of our friendly membership advisors will be able to upgrade your membership to include the new MediPartner service and give you complete health and wellbeing support.

MediPartner is provided by HPD Health Solutions Limited. All clinicians supporting the MediPartner service are UK based and are registered with UK Professional Registered Bodies, including but not limited to GMC, NMC and HCPC . Some of these services are provided by a third party, PHL Group, Onyx 12, Segensworth West, Little Park Farm Road, Fareham PO15 5TD. Private prescriptions are issued at no cost by MediPartner GPs; however, pharmacies will charge for the medication and its dispensation, even if you qualify for NHS exemptions or discounts.
