Win Two Health & Fitness Memberships for Sheppey Leisure Complex

Please familiarise yourself with the following before entering this competition.

‘We’ or “Us” are Serco Leisure, who facilitates Sheppey Leisure Complex on behalf of Swale Community Leisure Trust.

• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ, on behalf of More Leisure Community Trust.

Taking part in this competition is free, but subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Participants can only enter the competition via Sheppey Leisure Complex website www.swaleleisure.com/sheppey-leisure-complex  
• The randomly selected winner will need to advise the promoter on the person who they would like to gift the second Health & Fitness membership to within one week of being confirmed at the winner
• The winning pair must live on the isle of Sheppey, proof of residence of both people will be required
• The winning paid cannot be current member of Sheppey Leisure Complex, or had a membership there since March 2020
• The winning pair will be required to complete our Photography & Filming Consent forms, before any photos are taken, filming is done
• The winning pair agree to be interviewed, speak on camera, quoted online and in press releases, photographed and filmed, and to disclosure of area of residence, giving at least their first names
• The winning pair agree to co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any future publicity including attending a maximum of 3 interviews and 3 photo shoots (in a 12-month period) relating to the respective prize. We will work with the winners to make sure they feel comfortable with all activities we ask them to take part in and will ensure these are done on a date and at a time convenient for the winners
• Footage, quotes, and images may be used by Promoter for up to 5 years from the date on which the results of the competition are published
• Footage, quotes, and images may be used across our social media platforms, within press coverage and on our websites (including 3rd party) to promote Sheppey Leisure Complex and all other leisure facilities managed by the Promoter
• The winners must be available for the first photoshoot from May 2023 onwards and throughout 2023, dates TBC by promoter
• To be chosen as a winner, the lead entrant must be over the age of 18 and have the authority to represent both winners, having legal supervisory status for any minor they want to award the second membership with, e.g., parent, carer, legal guardian etc.
• By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive marketing and other communications from us and the Promoter regarding Sheppey Leisure Complex. You can choose to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
• We reserve the right to exclude entries where all valid information has not been entered at the point of entry
• The winning entry will be chosen by us at random
• The closing date for entries is Wednesday 3rd May 2023, 5pm
• The winner will be selected week commencing Monday 8th May 2023 and the winner will be notified as soon as possible by the Promoter’s Marketing Team
• The winning paid will be announced on social media, our website and in other supporting media, including third-party sites, including print
• In the case of dispute, the decision of the Contract Manager of Sheppey Leisure Complex is final
• If the chosen winner cannot be contacted by early Monday 15th May 2023, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions, a new winner will be selected from the entries
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and any amendments will be published on this web page.
• All entrants are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Health & Fitness membership/s and associated benefits if winners do not participate in the spirit of the photos/filming productively
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
• The winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, e.g., travel to the centre, gym clothing, drinks etc
• No cash prize alternative available
• Subject to acceptance of all the above terms & conditions, the winners will receive a FREE 12-month Health & Fitness membership each for Sheppey Leisure Complex. The prize is subject to all applicable Leisure Complex rules, and supervisory regulations, which can be found here.
