Our brand-new adventure golf course features 18 exciting and creatively designed holes, each one themed around the unique wonders that make our island such a special place to visit. From local legends and natural beauty, to iconic landmarks and island wildlife, every hole offers a fun-filled experience packed with surprises, challenges, and a whole lot of island charm.
Sheerness Shipwreck Adventure Golf
Beachfields Park has always been a site for leisure, all the way back in 1840’s people flocked to the beaches by steamboat. There was once an adventure golf course at Beachfields too many years ago, themed around the Isle of Sheppey and London and we are so pleased to be bringing this pastime back to the isle with our Sheerness Shipwreck Adventure golf, which will open to the public on Wednesday 23rd July as part of the Sheerness Revival project funded by the UK Government.
A Course Dedicated to the Isle of Sheppey
The Sheerness Shipwreck Adventure Golf Course is not only dedicated to the people of Sheppey, but the unique holes have also been designed by the people of Sheppey too! Local schools have helped to create unique plaques for many of the holes and several of our 18 holes feature iconic elements of Sheppey such as the SS Montgomery shipwreck.
Our 2025 Opening Times
Our brand-new Sheerness Shipwreck Adventure Golf will open on Wednesday 23rd July and our standard opening times will 10am - 4pm on Saturdays & Sundays, but for the 2025 Summer Holidays we'll be opening 10am - 6pm Monday to Sunday to give as many members of the community as possible to chance to enjoy our amazing new adventure golf course.
Don't forget when term-time rolls around our hours will go back to weekends only 10am - 4pm.
