Our MORE Fitness app is now My MORE App

Our MORE Fitness app has changed to My MORE App – you’ll need to update the app on your device if you want to keep all of your app benefits and enjoy the new changes. There are also some new features that we think you’ll love.

If you are a user of the EGYM app at Swallows Leisure Centre and use the app in partnership with our EGYM Studio, you will need to upgrade to our My MORE App immediately. Sadly, you will lose access to the EGYM app on 7th June as EGYM are discontinuing that product. However, the new My MORE App will do everything the EGYM app did for you, and more! To keep your EGYM workouts, BioAge and Activity Level points you will need to transition over to the new My MORE app before 7th June 2023.

We highly recommend that you make the change as soon as possible to avoid any difficulties using the app at a later date. There are steps in the email below detailing how you can move over to the My MORE App.

You’ll still be able to collect points to exchange for rewards, record your workouts, complete our unique fitness challenge and scan into the centre (which earns you extra points).

How to transition from the current EGYM app to the new My MORE App:

In order for a smooth transition from your EGYM app, simply download, upgrade and login to the My MORE App, click on the profile icon of your initials in the top left corner, followed by “App Profile”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “EGYM”. You will then be instructed to link your EGYM account to the My MORE App. Please note this will likely ask you to login to your EGYM account so please ensure you have those login details for your EGYM account to hand.

Once you have completed this link-up to your EGYM account you will have successfully linked your EGYM account to the My MORE App. Please give it a few moments to sync your data and once your data has successfully carried over to the new app you will be able to remove the old EGYM app from your device. Remember you have until 7th June to complete this transfer, but we would encourage you to make the switch as soon as possible.

More Fitness becomes My MORE App

If you are already a More Fitness app user, you may be aware of many of the features that you will find in the new My MORE App that you can upgrade to today. Rest assured, while the look of the app will change when you install the new upgrade, your login details will remain the same and many of our previous features will remain, but in a slightly different location.

You’ll still be able to use the app to scan into the centre, you can book your classes and activities as normal, you’ll be able to continue to collect Reward Points to exchange for treats in the centre, you can record your workouts as normal, complete our unique fitness challenges and keep setting your fitness goals as well.

What’s new?

  • The biggest change you’ll see is the brand-new name and look of the app. The app will now be My MORE App in your smartphone with a new green logo, please do look out for this when you’re looking for the app in your device. You will also see the app has changed from a green and black scroll layout to five helpful tiles in a new green and white theme. You’ll now find all the app features are split across Home, Workouts, Progress, Bookings and Benefits.

  • There will now be bespoke Training Plans to help you with your fitness journey. You can customise your own workouts from nearly 2,000 exercises or choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced pre-built training plans designed by our health and fitness specialists. These curated training plans will allow you to focus on your core, improve your strength, increase your performance, lose weight, and help you get more active.

  • Request a personal trainer in just a few clicks. Our expert personal trainers will help you to get fit with customised workout plans, motivation and support.

  • Your progress will be monitored by our new Activity Level tool. Within Activity Level you’ll receive Activity Points for your exercises, which corresponds to the energy expenditure you put out as an individual, allowing you to compete in our Monthly Rankings no matter your fitness level. The more points you gain, the more Activity Levels you’ll go up, which will show you tangible health and fitness improvements you are making for your body.

  • You can now keep up to date with the latest centre information in our News section, as well as read up on our latest blogs covering everything from healthy and delicious recipes to editorials and support on the benefits of exercise for your mental and physical wellbeing.

Don’t forget to update the app on your device to access these new features. The upgrade will only take a few seconds and your login details will remain the same to make the process as quick and seamless as possible.
