The Great British Week of Sport
The Great British Week of Sport runs from the 19th-27th September and aims to inspire the nation into taking part in exercise for better physical, mental and social well-being.
As part of the Great British Week of Sport, we're joining in the celebrations with free taster sessions and brand new activities throughout the week, letting you experience for yourself how good exercise makes you feel.
National Fitness Day is on September 23rd, which you can join in by following #Fitness2Me on social media or getting involved in one of our free taster sessions throughout the week.
Our team will be on hand to help you find exercises that you will enjoy and welcome you into our Covid-secure space to work out.
But that’s not all - our Les Mills World United celebrations fall on the last weekend of the Great British Week of Sport, where you can experience the brand new routines and fresh new workouts from some of the world’s top instructors.

Returning to fitness
We have put in a whole range of changes to make sure we can safely welcome everyone back to our centre, and our surveys following reopening (member survey, July 2020) have highlighted that over 95% of our members feel that the centre is clean and they feel safe when they work out with us.
We know many of you may feel even more nervous returning to a leisure centre, however with our limited capacity and increased cleaning since reopening, we know our Great British Week of Sport celebrations will be the perfect time to experience our fantastic leisure centre.
