Swale Car Parking Policy

1. Car parking refunds can only be obtained by customers paying for parking by cash.
2. The refund slip processed at the parking machine is needed at the reception desk to provide a full refund.
3. Refund amounts will only be processed in line with the times advised on the car park signage 30,60,120 or 180 minutes.
4. A maximum of £4.50 per Group Exercise participant when doing back-to-back classes only.
5. A maximum of £3.00 per customer per day can be given for use of our main facilities (not including the café and for booking and hirer leads only)
6. Swimming Lessons and Gymnastics Lessons refunds are given at £1.50 (1 hour) per child participating in the lesson.
7. Parking will not be refunded if purchased on the RingGo App.
