Indoor Cycling Classes

Coach by Color – Instructor led class taking you through 5 different coloured training zones -White, Blue, Green, Yellow and Red to maximise your training.

VIRTUAL STUDIO COACH

Immersive on-screen coach workouts that deliver results. Riding to world-class instruction and energizing music helps exercisers get fitter, faster and stronger.

VIRTUAL TOUR COACH

Terrain-focused footage from all over the world paired with music and voiceover coaching delivers fun yet fierce workouts. The speed interacting scenery is stunning and engaging.

HIIT Session – Gym floor 

A 30 minute Instructor led High Intensity Interval training session in our brand new functional zone.

Climbercise

Climbercise incorporates climbing challenges with off-wall exercises for a unique, high intensity, fat-torching workout. Sessions include harness fitting, safety briefing with warm-up and 60 minutes inside the climbing arena. Increase your strength, balance and coordination with functional training. This is fantastically effective, and a fun way to get fit in a climbing arena like no other!
