From 10th August, we're creating a bigger, better gym at Westgate Leisure Centre. The main gym will close at 7pm on Sunday 9th August, with a temporary gym available from 10th to 16th August. Step into Sauna and exhale. It’s your little pocket of peace where heat and calm go together to help you recharge.

Step into the steam room, a warm escape where stress fades, muscles loosen, and you come out feeling refreshed.

The benefits of saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis have been proven for years. They're a perfect way to relax and recover after a workout, while ensuring your mind gets that much-needed escape from the daily grind, helping you feel more energised and positive to face the day.
This is a mixed use facility (over 18 years of age). Swimwear must be worn at all times.
