The Reconnect, Kent Children and Young People Programme, has now come to an end.

This is slightly earlier than expected - but due to the fantastic success of this wonderful scheme - all the spaces on the activity sessions have now been filled.

We would like to say a big thank you to everybody that took part in the scheme and undertook many of the amazing activities we were able to offer. It was such a pleasure meeting so many of you, seeing the children have fun, and helping you on your fitness journeys.

We hope the success of this year’s programme will enable us to secure more funding in the future and we can run this scheme again.

Please remember – there are so many things to do for all the family here at the Leisure Centre.

More About the Reconnect Kent Programme

The Reconnect Programme at Leisure Centres is just one part of the Reconnect scheme. Reconnect is a Kent County Council-led, community-based programme designed to get Kent’s children and young people thriving following the pandemic.

Clubs, businesses, and organisations have come together to create fabulous opportunities for children and young people. Together they can have fun, catch up on missed learning, engage in sports and activities, trips and experiences, receive mental health support, regain their confidence and gain access to career development opportunities.
